Alternatively, if you are too busy to drop the laptop in to our office we can arrange a courier to bring your laptop to us and deliver it back to your home or office once it’s been repaired. The cost of courier service will depend on your location.

Our Warranty

All laptop repairs carried out by Creative IT come with a standard 3 month warranty. If the fault that was fixed recurs within three months the laptop should be returned to our workshop by the owner. Please note warranties do not cover accidental damage such as drops, spills or breakages.
